🗑️ Delete Your Account

We understand you may want to delete your account. Here's how:

How to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Send an email to: krishna@vkss.tech
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include in the email:
    • Your player name / email associated with account
    • Reason for deletion (optional)
    • Confirmation that you understand all progress will be lost
  4. We will confirm and delete your account within 7 days
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your game progress, coins, achievements, and account data will be permanently deleted.

What Gets Deleted:

  • Your player profile and display name
  • All game progress and scores
  • Coins, medals, and achievements
  • Leaderboard records
  • Account email and password
  • All personal data associated with your account

What We Retain:

  • Anonymized gameplay statistics for app improvement
  • Server logs (deleted after 90 days)
  • Payment records for legal/tax purposes (as required by law)

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can't I sign in?

A: Make sure you're using the same Google account you used to create your profile. Check that your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app.

Q: The app keeps crashing. What do I do?

A: Try these steps: (1) Update your app to the latest version, (2) Restart your device, (3) Clear app cache, (4) Uninstall and reinstall. If it still crashes, contact support with your device model and Android version.

Q: I purchased coins but didn't receive them. Help!

A: In-app purchases usually process within 1-5 minutes. If you don't see coins after 5 minutes: (1) Restart the app, (2) Check your Play Store transaction history, (3) Contact Google Play support or our support team with your transaction ID.

Q: How do I recover my deleted account?

A: Once deleted, accounts cannot be recovered. We recommend you back up your progress or contact us before deleting. If deleted by mistake, email us immediately, but recovery isn't guaranteed.

Q: Is my data safe? How is it protected?

A: Yes! Your data is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We use Google Firebase for secure storage. Your payment information is never stored by us - it's processed securely through Google Play.

Q: Can I play offline?

A: Yes! You can play all offline modes without internet. Your progress syncs when you reconnect. Multiplayer requires an active internet connection.

Q: How do I change my player name?

A: Go to Settings → Edit Profile. Note: You can only change your name once. Choose carefully!

Q: Can I transfer my account to another device?

A: Yes! Just sign in with your Google account on the new device. Your progress will sync automatically.

Q: How do I disable ads?

A: Ads can be removed by purchasing the "Ad-Free" package in the Store with coins or in-app purchase.
